ManyChat

Our recommended tool for building chatbots. It’s the industry leader and the visual designer screens work well for creatives.

Mailer Lite Email Marketing

Everything you need to run a mailing list. Great automation and integration options at a good price.

Acuity Scheduling

By far the best online scheduling tool we’ve used (and we’ve tried a LOT). Acuity also integrates nicely with our other apps. 7 day free trial

LastPass

Lastpass remembers all of your passwords (securely) so you don’t have to. Log into LastPass and it logs into everything else for you. 30-day free Premium trial. The free plan is great too.

Square Payments

We use Square for online & in-person payments. Easy to use and payments clear quickly. This link gets free processing on $1000 of transactions for both you and I.

Integromat Automation

Our new favourite automation tool! It’s like Zapier but a bit cheaper and more powerful. No discount, but they’ve got a great free plan. Click here to check it out

Zapier

Link all of your cloud-based apps and get them working together. Simpler to use than Integromat and has some different apps, so we actually use both. 14-day free trial.

Artlist

Licensed music for slideshows and marketing videos (including the songs you hear in our course). $199/yr for unlimited use. (Use this link to get 2 free months).
